“All About Birds” Gets a Facelift
The Cornell University Lab of Ornithology, as most of us know, is one of - if not the - premier academic programs in the area of ornithology in North America. Not only that, but their website, www.allaboutbirds.org, is one of the most visited informational sites about birds on the internet.
That’s why you may be interested to learn that the ‘All About Birds’ bird guide website has recently been given a whole new look and layout. New features include a tabbed entry for every bird species, including two tabs for new content, called ‘sound’ and ‘video.’
If you have certain pages in the All About Birds website currently bookmarked in your web browser of choice, you may want to check to make sure your links are still current. Other than that, though, the new look is sleek, every species’ entry has a clear and logical layout, plus the videos are just cool.
